In December 2017, Fanport, a clothing branding company with a unique twist with their organisation store concept, worked with us to re-brand their online image and build their new e-commerce website. The goal of the new branding and website was to position themselves as the preferred option for Millenials in the work place, sporting organisations and schools.
To help Fanport reach their goals, we looked at their local competitors and devised a website and customer journey we believed would increase their organic traffic, improve their conversion rates and position themselves as an easily identifiable brand.
Fanport as a new company had very little branding or photography to use, so with that in mind we worked very hard with them to find the right images that gave the business a look and feel we believed would help them stand out in a competitive space. Once the images were chosen we then set to work completing their look with graphic design concept work.
Once the look and feel was defined and the copy was re-written with search engines and their ideal customers in mind, we set out to build the new website and made it with a clear message with two journeys in mind – get a quote and purchase blank items.
