Embracing the new normal -
Adapting to the new normal during the COVID lockdowns was a daunting task for businesses worldwide, including Miltons Matsemela.
With their previous marketing efforts primarily focused on in-person interactions, they faced significant challenges in adjusting to the current situation.
To tackle this challenge, Miltons turned to Inversion for help.
They needed a fast and effective online solution that would enable them to continue their marketing efforts in a personal and community-centric manner.
The Solve -
In response, we created a Facebook Group where registered real estate agents from all over the country could join a community that shared industry-leading content for free. This content was aimed at improving their knowledge of the legal aspects of their profession.
Moreover, this content and community aimed to position Miltons as a leading and reassuring voice during the uncertain times. This ensured that the name of Miltons remained at the top of the minds of the agents, regardless of whether they were clients of the company or not.
UGC & Engagement -
Our primary objective in creating the group was to offer estate agents access to valuable opinions and collective experiences, while also fostering personal connections that transcend traditional working relationships. With this goal in mind, we opted to keep the group private, requiring interested individuals to apply for membership.
To ensure consistent and authoritative content, our social media and content creation team designed a flexible but regular schedule. This included legal Q&As, property advice from seasoned professionals, industry news and updates, webinar highlights, and user-generated content from other estate agents. Additionally, we conducted polls within the group to gain insights into member needs.
By keeping the group private, we created a sense of exclusivity and cultivated a positive environment that fostered a genuine sense of community. Our ongoing analysis of top posts and member polls enabled us to deliver content that catered to the interests of the group.
As a result, the Miltons Matsemela Community of Property Professionals achieved remarkable growth and connection in a short space of time.
