Berlaar, BelgiumWhen we first met Envision Tents, they were known primarily as Stretch Import, a stretch tent
brand that was more geared towards wholesale sales than to direct-to-consumer sales.
They had relied on word-of-mouth for years, but now wanted to expand their customer base. In the digital world, having no website can be a significant stumbling block. While word-of-mouth can certainly help sales, without any online presence, you will not be reaching the right
audience.
We also realised that the name Stretch Import did not have the ideal reach for consumers, and so we had to create one which would resonate and engage with the brand’s audience.
Luckily at Inverson, we know how to overcome any challenge our clients might be facing.
Our Customised Journey
We started our journey with Envision Tents (still known as Stretch Import at this point) by performing in-depth research into the stretch tent industry, including who their competitors were, what the trends were, and the strategies in place.
We discovered that creativity, adaptability, personalisation, and flexibility were some of the most common needs from consumers looking for stretch tents. Stretch Import offered all of these, as well as unique, customised experiences.
But, their name and branding did not clearly get this message across.
After our research and brainstorming sessions, we landed on a new name: Envision Tents. This was keeping with the message that the brand helps clients to envision their ideal event and achieve it using their creative, customised tents.
Redefining Brand Messaging
These ideals would be incorporated into the website, logo, and branding to drive home the messaging that Envision Tents helps their customers to make their vision a reality.
Because Envision Tents was a Dutch and English brand, our SEO research included both Dutch and English keywords. We conducted numerous Zoom meetings and interviews to fully understand the brand.
What Did We Deliver?
Following the creation of a new brand name, we helped Envision Tents to develop a new logo that encapsulated their message while still remaining fresh and modern. We also chose on-brand colours and imagery that would ensure the messaging was clear and cohesive.
We designed and developed a new, user-friendly, and SEO-focused website that had updated content, fresh, modern imagery, and that was translatable from Dutch to English and vice versa, using keywords that were applicable in both languages.
Capturing Demand
We also built a new Google My Business presence for Envision Tents using their new name, logo and branding, and carried this into their social media marketing, content creation, and platform management.
We also invested in Google Ads for more brand awareness, which are still ongoing while Envision Tents adds and enhances their own portfolio of offerings. For further brand awareness and to improve their online presence, we also performed SEO copywriting and local SEO, both of which are ongoing while the brand enhances its portfolio.
Envisioning A New Brand Vision
Inversion provided Envision Tents with a new, fresh brand image that clearly put their message across to their audience. We also created a B2C name that positioned Envision Tents as a leader in the industry.
The new multi-language website is user-friendly and has been optimised for SEO. Envision Tents has seen an improvement in their online presence and brand awareness.
